I remember after the Cards defeated the Cowboys in the Wild Card round, but then lost to these Vikings, there was a lot of promise and hype surrounding the Cards with Jake Plummer at QB. However, ARZ would not be competitive again until Kurt Warner became healthy.

Dennis Green was a good guy & everything, but the only reason the Vikes went where they did in '98 was because Moss took the league by storm.
