Austin dropped a line on Tough enough years ago that fits here. I've used it in my life and it works. "Don't be meek and don't be weak." Especially with your boss building a work relationship pays off dividends. And if people call you an ass kisser it's because they can't or won't play the game. But why should you and your families success be hampered by jealous people, your own fears and apprehensions. Just bite the bit and do it.
@Bouts123 жыл бұрын
This is not a WWE thing. It applies to any job. Develop a good relationship with your superiors. It’s not about “ass kissing”. People in those positions are often job and results oriented. Developing that relationship means showing them what you can offer and that they can trust you because you have the ability and you’re committed. If you don’t do that you may have the ability, but they have no way of differentiating you from the other 10, 20, 50 people who do the same job as you.
