I hope you had a great time hunting our beautiful borderlands. I will keep looking for the full episode. Just FYI this winter the rut started really late with not much activity as other years. We did harvest some nice deer but nothing extraordinary with the exception of a 110" coues in January. I hope you have a chance to come back next year. Those mearns quail are not only beautiful but they are tasty right? Good luck.

Oh, I'm already making plans for next winter. Yes, the Mearns are addictive, both in the field and on the table.

Kudos for the Video! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Proutklarton Surviving Technics Plan (do a search on google)? It is a good one off guide for learning how to survive any crisis minus the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker got astronomical success with it.

That area looks familiar having been in the military in Ft. Huachuca in the San Pedro River area. Or you could be west of there near Nogales. Or east in the Chiracowa Mountains. Am I close on any of these guesses?

We don't give precise locations. Just not fair to other people who hunt those areas. I hope you understand. Thanks for watching.

Randy Newberg, Hunter sounds good! Glad you guys had a successful hunt! I was just last week in Texas and got a 200 pound boar with my howa 1500 in 30-06. Hope to see what new species you will be hunting this year. Cheers!
@erichaskell8 жыл бұрын
Randy Newberg, Hunter We are talking tens of thousands of acres in each of the areas I described and you are saying that telling your subscribers these general locations will ruin it for those fortunate to have gotten there first? Tears.
@Fresh_Tracks8 жыл бұрын
Yes, that is why we don't give out such information. I've seen it happen where people see my vehicle or do a FOIA request on my film permit. That impacts those who hunt/apply in those areas. Wish it was different, but it is not. And that is why we will continue with that policy.

About how many hunts do you go on each year.
