Bro before removing or doing anything disconnect the positive pole of the battery leave the car for 5 mins until power is completely dead. Reconnect the battery after 5 mins and start your car. Thank me later

Amazing, I've just ordered a replacement RF unit. Did you have to disconnect the battery or perform an ECU reset to get it working?

Did this fault also affect locking and unlocking. Also does it affect electric windows mine go up and down but you need to keep your finger on the button to get them up😂😂made sense when I wrote this 😂😂😂

The battery needed changing I did that myself but still had to plug it in. The lad who did it for me said it’s probably low battery took him 5mins to re sink the key

Also when I changed the battery the stop start started to working again.
