Thanks as always for posting both feeds. You really get the different perspectives. As an aside I so much prefer rangers wearing blue jerseys on the road. They really pop in different lighting at a different arena. Go back to white jerseys at home and blues on the road I say.

Credit to the Boston announcers for recognizing the league sensitive boarding call. They softened the infraction as much as possible but they still called it. I’ve been a NYR all my life and as a kid would watch/listen to NYR vs Philly. The typical is for the non NY broadcasters was to call a very different game than what I was watching. To their credit, the NY broadcasters always seem to give credit to the opposing team when warranted. Different approach. Perhaps difference between a primary and secondary market.

I will be the first to admit out loud that I cannot stand Edwards and honestly think that he is simply really bad at his job. There is a homer-which is fine. Feel free to be more excited for the team that employs you. But don't be ignorant which is what Edwards typically (IMO) is on his broadcasts. However in this case...with the exception of calling out the officials by name for some inexplicable reason (because why do you wait until AFTER the PPG is scored against to mention that point) this was actually a fairly well called situation. If I'm going to shit on him when he's bad, I have to at least give credit when he is good.

Guys are taking runs at other guys from behind cause there is consequences what is there 5 min major and a game misconduct and maybe one or two game suspension. That’s nothing. What happens to the player now what happens as he is in the locker and he is out for multiple games with a concussion or even his season is over or worse his career.
