For thieving I really liked Menaphite Marketeers - they're 100% success rate as soon as you unlock them with the aura and fully afk (full log out timer). It's 50k xp an hour, so not the best, but the small gift offerings have some nice rewards. I would extend the aura before going to bed, then pickpocket whilst at work the next day and do another extended aura: 200k thieving xp and about 1m raw gp plus other drops for 20 vis wax and 16 clicks.
