The Norfleet being difficult to get is the only thing that makes it balanced. Best second wind weapon in the entire game.

And I know at least half a handful of other people as well who played BL 2 for fun and such, but still enough to at least do everything thrice and dip the toe into Digi Peak - and non ever seen the damn thing. I'd say it's very well placed. It's arguably the strongest launcher, but you'll have a very hard time to see it so gg.

Topneaa is disqualified. No exceptions allowed. The real #1, with not only red text,but BLOOD RED TEXT is the ERROR MESSAGE ERROR MESSAGE. Sure it says *THIS WEAPON SHOULD NEVER DROP.* , but that’s a special enough effect for me.

Fun fact about the Creature Slaughter dome- that DLC where you get the creamer- you can use Round 2 to farm for Vermivorous easily. An Ultimate Badass Varkid spawns at the end of the round, and has a change to evolve into Vermi. Creature Slaughter is a sleeper DLC, giving you access to 2 of the best launchers in the game and it as Captain Cabrerra, the guy's hilarious when you're in the slaughter dome!

I think it's just it's own entirely unique weapon type that just happens to be listed as a launcher 'cause that's what it's most similar to It acts like if Jakobs launchers were put into the game. Extremely high base damage, fast reload, and insane rocket speed. It's best against long range/fast moving medium hp targets such as Buzzards and Badass Varkids, and it excels at doing that.

I actually did one UVHM with krieg built around grog nozzle with nukem, I loved it, my friend didn't he was blind like 80% of the time, world burn was fine but it was fire element.

Ranking the norfleet low is a baller move. I agree completely. It's an overpowered gun to be sure, but it's so hard to get that you can't use it as a primary damage dealer until late game. The Badaboom is a gun you can lean on at every stage in the game really easily.

No it isn't. The drop rate of an item has nothing to do with its performance in game. Are the Twister and Interfacer bad because they are hard to obtain? How about the perfect Hide? It's a 1 in 90+ million drop but it's the best melee shield in the game.

​@AzureTF The interfacer is NOT harder to obtain than the Norfleet. Also Triple-O may suck to spawn, but you're likely to get a twister in 5 runs. Also what an ass-pull bringing up the perfect hide as it's hardly the best melee shield solely due to the drop chance being so low. Item value doesn't only tie into stats but also how readily avaliable it is and if the item I'm farming has a 1 in 90 million chance to drop, I'd rather look elsewhere for something usable.

@@icarus7961 You are right though, the perfect Hide was an asspull. My gripe is with the guy who made the video, who put the Pyrophobia above The Hive. I don't need to say any more than that. Obtainability is very important and relevant when talking about items in this game, but making a tier list talking about the damage for 90% of the items and then putting the Norfleet down because "it's hard to get" is pants on head retarded. Yes the Norfleet is rare, but Miq literally said he's never even tried farming it, so that tells you everything you need to know.

Honestly, the biggest change I would make to the list based on my personal experience and preferences is moving the Pyrophobia way down and maybe the 12-pounder further up. I really, really want to like the Pyrophobia, it's a cool concept for a weapon. But in practice it just becomes so very awkward to use, and it doesn't justify it's use with decent damage. Somehow it just feels worse using it than even the Ahab, because at least with the Ahab if you actually try, you land the shot, and you're rewarded with a fairly high burst of damage. And you can pat yourself on the back and go 'yeah, I did good. I hit that harpoon.' But with the Pyrophobia... it feels like half the time, you don't hit nearly as much as you should with it because of awkward spacing, and when you do hit, it's like the incandescent, explosive equivalent of a shrug. Glad someone mentioned the Roaster, though. I feel like most people forget it's even in the game. And while it is overshadowed in every way by the super easy to get and incredibly powerful Badaboom... it's still a very good launcher.

Love the lists. For this one i think it is spot on other than the pyrophobia and the 12 pounder. I think pyrophobia should be number 12 and 12 pounder should be after the nukem probably. The pyrophobia would sooner kill you than 90% or the enemies in the game as you showed which should honestly even make it worse than the ones that just do low damage like the bunny lol. For the 12 pounder the damage is pretty nuts especially if you have explosive damage of some type. It is my favorite weapon in the game, but even i wouldnt put it much higher than the nukem but it is not worse that the pyrophobia or nukem for sure.

Honestly if i were to make a top list i would consider many things like what the gun represents such as how special it is to get a Norfleet or how much fun i have with or how i can build around it, my list would probably be like: Norfleet or a Topneaa Badaboom Bonus Launcher (Tediore E-Tech) Hive 12 Pounder Mongol Nukem Those are the ones i usually love having as a option or straight up main component of my builds...

If you want a norflet it’s easy dude just farm creature slot, you get a granted ultra badass i think round 4. Dashbord if he doesn’t spawn, now getting a perfect one will take a long time but tbf you don’t really need one, top is just better though
