The issue with the Evolved Suit as well is that it just comes out of nowhere. He just shows up with the suit and it doesn't really feel like Miles' suit. Compare that to his suit in his spin off game where we saw him develop it and the design to be more distinct and his own take on being Spider-Man. Even the Advanced Suit for Peter is very tied to his story due to it being a suggested upgrade from Otto before he began to go crazy and that's not counting the Anti-Ock and Anti-Venom suits, which are still very tied to Peter. Plus, as you said, the design is way too busy. That combined with what I've heard that it was a suit made because Adidas wanted to collab to promote the shoes just makes the suit feel cheap to make it a main story suit and essentially force you to use it for the last battle. Had they covered the hair, make it fully black with white webbing and the blue to be more darker/have an electric style to the blue, either put the hood up or reduce it and remove the sneakers, then it would be a pretty good suit. Along with that but give it story significance or just make it an unlockable.

I like how in this game the symbiote suits looks like a symbiote, most of the time we see the black suits it just looks like black clothing instead of looking like a living being meanwhile in this game it actually looks like a separate living thing i think the main reason for it looking like its actually a symbiote is because they're all kinds wet and slimey looking

Yeah i never got why people didnt like the insomniac black suit....like they took heavy inspiration from the classic black suit but added alien/symbiote textures around the legs and arms which are amazing for this game. Just enhances the suit further... The scarlet III suit is a 10/10 its perfect my favorite suit and i immediately unllocked it and wore it for my entire playthrough. Just love the hooded look and colors

The suit looks awesome in my opinion. I prefer the classic black suit it being my favourite in the game but I appreciate how Insomniac reinvented the suit while still giving the option to use the classic comic black suit along with the snazzy Ultimate variant and the 90s Animated Series Venom styled one. The symbiote suit in that show is the blue and black highlights design as it was drawn in Secret Wars and the comics up until the Back In Black storyline which released around the time of Spider-Man 3 and was my second Spider-Man comic.

God I love the Superior Spidey suit, that was my symbiote suit for my play through lmao. In terms of my thoughts on the suit selection this time well we definitely did not need literally every single Tom holland suit in existence I feel since suits like the amazing bagman or the white 2099 suit are just gone this time (this one is a huge L imo). All of the new suits suffer from overly-complicated designs with the evolved suit being the poster boy for this thought process along with them addidas shoes which will never not make me laugh. You know, I don't understand why people say they overused the MCU Iron Spider suit. He doesn't wear it in Homecoming, he wears it in Infinity War because he needs to breathe in space, he wears it in Endgame because it's the suit he was dusted in and he doesn't have time to change. He wears it at the start of Far From Home (which makes sense, why wouldn't you wear your most powerful suit), but he leaves it when he goes to Europe for the Homecoming suit after about 15 minutes of the movie and doesn't wear it again for the rest of it. Then he wears it in NWH only after the FFH suit is ruined by the paint. Now, I'm not gonna argue when you say the paint scene only exists so he'll use the black and gold suit and sell toys because that's true. But you have to admit that it would have been a missed opportunity to not have Peter face Doc Ock in the suit that also gives him 4 spider arms. So, to summarize, he doesn't wear the suit in Homecoming, he wears it for IW, he wears it for the one battle he has in Endgame, he stops using it shortly into FFH and wears it for one scene in NWH. That doesn't feel like an overuse to me, but maybe that's just me.

The Superior Suit, the Into the Spider-Verse Noir Suit, and both Iron Spider suits for Peter will change the Spider Arms the you wear one of those suits, and his Secret Wars: Civil War Suit will change the Web Wings when you wear it.

@@burlong01 The other variants are okay but his new suit is a combination of features other suit doesn't have and it makes it quite uncanny. 1. For starters, his hair is entirely exposed compared to other full-on Spiderman suits. If it isn't all covered, it's usually not just the head but some parts of the hands/legs that are also exposed. 2. The other is that it has a hood but isn't raised up or part of a jacket. It just dangles there without complimenting the suit. 3. The sky-blue streaks look like slime instead of lightning so it is off-putting. 4. Lastly is the shoes which are a thing of their own instead of complementing the suit itself. The white color pops up too much so it would have been better for it to be black. Black, red, and blue are the primary colors of the suit but it's sponsored by Adidas so it needs to be noticeable even to its detriment, I guess.

The red and black 2099 is technically the correct suit version as in the original comics it’s meant to be red and black but they shaded the black with blue like they do with venom and people thought it was blue so by the time of shattered dimensions it was made blue

The black and gold suit physically doesn’t make any sense either. Why are the eyes inverted? If the suit is basically the upgraded suit turned inside out, that would mean the eyes would still be poking into him.

I always assumed that part of the reason the black and gold suit exists was so that when Sandman first saw Tom Holland Spider-Man, he thought it was Andrew in the Black Suit, especially since it was night time when he first saw him and he could see all the details. That being said, toys are the real reason because Disney makes all the toy profits and not Sony, but still.

The Dark Ages suits is (obviously) comic accurate. In it, Miles bonded to Venom (and of course, he had a hood) then after a while Carnage bonded to them. Which fucked up Miles mind a bit. After the remaining heroes freed Miles, his mind for better.

Really good ratings Antonio, I generally agree with them but I feel as if I speak on behalf on many that there were a number of suits they could have added on here from the previous games and that some of the suit designs here were just added for the sake of it when they didn't need to be. 34:30 If it's not there already in the game, then this should be an updated patch - where if you equip the Dark Ages and Absolute Carnage Suit as Miles you can choose to access to all the symbiote abilities Peter does, although in the colour that matches the suit. But you can also swap them for Miles' own abilities. 37:14 Interestingly enough, this looks like a CW Savitar (The Flash) inspired suit haha 37:22 Funny how you mentioned that looks like a Power Rangers suit, because the one you looked at earlier - The Smoke and Mirrors one has a MMPR White Ranger (Tommy) colour variant lmao
