10:07 Tbf Bucky was a Roblin like Sidekick during WW2 that was created for the same reason as Captain America. Propaganda, giving your younger audience a 16-year-old they could relate to during the time of war. For the MCU they made Bucky around the same age of Steve so right away they needed to find way to cover his most of his face as a good amount of characters within Shield, along with Captain America himself would know what Bucky looked like as an adult. Plus the world had Bucky on display as a hero while in the comics the world only knew what Bucky looked like as a kid. But for the comics Bucky really had no reason to hide much of his identity as no one knew what he looked like grown up as an adult.

13:49 Technically in the comics, Bucky is just the name given to Captain America's sidekick, it's not his actual name or nickname. The "Bucky" that you know real name is James. The fact that Captain America still refers to James as Bucky and that his name rolls off the tongue better is why he is still called Bucky Barnes. I know you joked about the Robins with the domino masks, but that is what the Bucky character literally is, even down to the fact Cap replaced him because he thought he was really dead. Also, in the comics, no one actually knew Steve was Captain America. That is also why Barnes became Bucky in the first place, because he accidentally discovered Steve was Cap.

I really wish they were able to add his infinity war and falcon and the winter solider outfit but I completely understand why they didn’t add them

The thing that is the biggest shame here is that they never gave Bucky his Cap suit, we had so many just clothing suits and a space suit, but not his Blue and Black Captain America suit, particularly since we went straight on to Sam in the MCU so we're unlikely to see it there either.
