The Rank has Returned with a much-anticipated matchup of chain sub sandwiches. Will a powerhouse like Subway take home the crown? Perhaps Jersey Mike's or Jimmy Johns. Don't forget Firehouse Subs and Panera Bread. There's also Schlotzky's. They did not win.

Why don’t you come clean and admit that you are from Northern Maine? It’s way too obvious that you aren’t from the south. Southerners love sourdough bread and would pick it over every other sandwich on the table. It’s a southern thing, so that tells us that you aren’t southern.

Schlotzky's bread got me through my teen years. It's better with soup than anything else. They used to make it fresh every day, which meant they had to throw out the old bread every day. I'll always keep Schlotzky's first in my ranking.
