W video key!, but I do think kaioken KAMEHAMEHA isn't a different move then KAMEHAMEHA. I think it's just when you stack kaioken then doing th KAMEHAMEHA.

The Special Beam Cannon being in D tier is criminal, especially considering it was the thing that defeated four people. Compare that to Big Bang Attack with 1 victory. Dragon Fist with 2, the Final Flash with 0 and the Destructo Disk also with 0. Hell if we’re just talking about main villains, the Special Beam Cannon is tied with the Kamehameha in that they both got 2 kills. I get the charge time is a downside but it can worked around, I’d at least put it in A.

Ngl when I first seen the rank I did have a major problem with it, but the more I thought about it I think Key got it right..Nostalgia might play a factor into why most ppl might have a issue with the rank but in all reality the Special Beam Cannon hasn’t really been the big move it should be

@@rockstarji21 while that is true the Special Beam Cannon hasn’t been used in different ways like the Kamehameha has which plays a part in the ranking..The Kamehameha can be used at anytime of a fight without a long charge up, can be used in flight and can be charged while teleporting and not to mention it might be the most popular move in the series..
