The evangelion experience doesn't end after you finish watching it. You'll watch it multiple times, analyzing every piece of dialogue, every facial expression, every visual metaphors, the camera angle, the lighting, the editing, the sound effects, every little thing trying to understand what Anno was trying to say. Finally, when you come up with a conclusion and share it online, everyone disagrees with your interpretation which causes you to rewatch the show again to try to understand what other people think of it. You also begin to research psychoanalytic theory, Jedo-Christian symbolism, Japan's economic recession in 1990s, and enough about Hideaki Anno to right a biography. And after all of this you still won't know anything. People have been discussing Evangelion for 25 years and we still don't know what it's about.

Imo the demon themes are awesome. There's a slower version using the "eeeeee" sounds (which I think you can also hear in "From the Edge", the ending song). And then there's a faster-paced version which was unfortunately not used that much (the times I remember it being used was during Final Selection and the Yahaba & Susamaru fight).
