That actually makes sense. Stealth Rock is a move that damages the opponent based on how vulnerable they are to Rock-type attacks. Charizard, who is 4x weak to Rock-type attacks, would obviously suffer greatly.

@@okayfine3728choice band would make her garchomp easy. it’d be stuck into either earthquake (use a flying type or mon with levitate), dragon claw (use a fairy type) or poison jab (use a steel type) shed be stuck into a move that you can just put in a mon that’s immune to it. she’s way more of a threat with swords dance than with a choice band

I’d argue Wallace’s milotic is a top 5 if not top 3. Bulky Water types were extremely good in gen 3 and Milotic had good stats and coverage. And bulky enough to make use of the toxic and recover it had on its moveset, with ice beam for grass types and surf for powerful stab. Definitely an ace that actually gave me a challenge, especially as a kid even though i chose sceptile

If only Geeta had Houndstone as her ace and put it as her last Pokemon in the party with the Sand Rush ability, while her team can help set up stat boosts, entry hazards and sandstorm for that dreaded Last Respects, boosted with terra ghost. She would've been one of the most terrifying champion ever. I know some of you will react to my statement and say Kingambit should've been her ace Pokemon, but we all know Bisharp is Grimsley's ace, so having another Bisharp line ace Pokemon would be a redundancy in my opinion.

Cynthia and her Garchomp usually 1-hit-ko my pokemon, I usually need to save my max potions and revives just for her. Luckily, ice beam seems to always do the trick. 😂

I always have a Mammoswine with me whenever I play the Sinnoh games so Garchomp has always been really easy to me. KO with 1 Ice shards. Milotic and Spiritomb always caused me more trouble

Meanwhile you need a minimum of two turns to beat Haxorus unless you’re setting up hazards or weather which most folks don’t do. Notice how you’ve gotta come up with something more niche to take Haxorus down? Meanwhile Cynthia you can use your standard team and you’ll be fine.

Some of these champions I haven’t battled yet as I do not have every pokemon yet (probably due to the fact that I was not born when pokemon first came out). So, anyway. Leon and Geeta actually were fairly easy to defeat for me but Cynthia was definitely the hardest for me to defeat and I had to battle her multiple times to finally win. Out of all my pokemon games, pokemon Brilliant Diamond was the hardest for me to finish
