REPOST: The only progression I can see from here is to rank all 5YL aliens from weakest to strongest. (If you are a Ben 10 fan, you know what 5YL is). Maybe not all of the aliens in one take but, that video could be a 2-3 parter and hopefully would bring a lot of 5YL fans to your channel. Otherwise, I am deeply honored that you guys would take multiple hours out of your day to record long format podcast style videos; without the work of people like you, this community would've died since the end of Omniverse. Ben 23 I think isn't dumb, he just has the Kevin Levin situation of having a poorer support system and likely lack of education due to his history. Having no Grandpa Max is like being abandoned by his parents for being a freak with Kevin. Sure, Ben 23 probably has parents and Gwen still, but the Omnitrix and marketing his heroism is like a different take on Kevin's situation, except with isolation on the opposite end of the economy. Ben 23 definitely has great potential, he just was stunted in several areas. Ben Prime's names should be very obviously an apt comparison. Grey Matter, Feedback, and XLR8 are better names by far. Shocksquatch rolls off the tongue way better. Eye Guy is the same which even Ben Prime admits was one of his weakest names that they share. Even Ben 23 admits Feedback was better than Plug Man. So Ben 23 has a lot of growing to do but would definitely prove way more broken than he is right now. He barely knows most of his alien's full potentials.

I felt the exact same way on omniverse and Rook, I thought I was gonna end up hating them but it ended up just being such a fun series. I was surprised by how good Rook's dynamic was with Ben.

I think u have Helen's speed wrong. In the rooters arc she blitzes abd tags gwen and rook a number of times. Plus argit says she's the fastest kinecelleran he's ever seen and he's seen Ben's xlr8 form from the 1st looma episode and ten yr old ben (rooters flashback).

Grandpa Max is definitely is a very funny and weird situation for a character but my whole thing with him is I’ve always imagined him with lots of experience and that’s why he can win most fights but he doesn’t really have good stamina because of his age, so because of him getting low staying with that, he starts making big mistakes. I know that’s not actually how they show it in the show but it’s more of what I’ve always imagined would suit him.

Base Kevin should ve higher imo. Just after detransforming cuz the omnitrix exploded he catches vilgax attack and staggers him with a punch. In omniverse he beats kicking hawk, he also beats charmcasters golems. He also has a tetanite piece on hand (from the rooters arc) which he can coat himself with making him extremely durable. Plus he can also shape his body parts into weapons and manipulate the stuff he morphs into like what he did with pandor' suit or making the helmet for gwen during the dagon arc. Basically he can do everything material kevin can but he gets to remain handsome.

Dadsmuth actually overpowered Way Big a few times in the movie. He didn't do any significant damage and Way Big was holding back, but he still managed to topple WB and overpower his grip. I'd say that's A tier worthy. Azmuth has a weird line in the Malgax episode where he says he's the first thinker because he "always plans for every contingency", so you could make the Batman prep time argument for him.
