i went to a hell's kitchen in december and it was probably one of the most unpleasant experiences i've had at a restaurant. they sat us right next to the open kitchen so we had to yell to have conversations, our waiters kept clanging the plates on the table and didn't ask who ordered what so we all had to swap dishes after they walked away, and i paid $75 for a spoonful of spinach and 4 bites of lamb. i stole a serving spoon though so i guess it wasn't a total loss

Historic fact about the beef Wellington, originally called the Queef Bellington, but we didn't k ow what a bellongton was so we rebounded to the Queef Wellington. But we struggled to get fill multiple Wellingtons with queefs on a mass marketing scale the dish was crapped for 132 years until the I venture of the beef. And after 1 long night of cheffing and we have since today created the beef Wellington, it includes no queef or wellingtons and still to this day no one knows what a bellington is.
