Well technically Onceler wasn't really a villain he was just obsessed with cutting down the trees, making the thneeds and making money! And yes The Grinch stole Christmas but his heart grew and he gave everything back (just like in the book and the old movies)! And just because Big Daddy mistreated Johnny and was a criminal doesn't make him a villain (of course I don't know much about him since I've never seen Sing or the second one)! And yes Gru was a villain in the begining but he chaged later on (same thing with Wild Knuckles)!
