Tbh, I have a huge Zurg bias so I'd put him in top tier just for design alone. :P Though Lightyear's version is even more epic, aside from the twist. I can tell you're going more alongside threat level and motive more than appearance, though, so I can see how TS2 Zurg is lowe tier. Another thing about Syndrome: Syndrome was even gambling with his own co-worker, Mirage. He dared Mr. Incredible to kill her when he was told that his family was dead, and while he didn't do it, Syndrome instead mocked him for not accomplishing his threat due to "weakness". This pretty much turned Mirage against him, and definitely added to his defeat. Skinner...I would refuse to work with anyone with that name. :/ Case closed.

I feel like you skimmed a lot of detail from Syndrome. His plan to eradicate superheroes didn't begin with Mr. Incredible defeating his Omnidroid. It started *after* he was rejected by Mr. Incredible. It was revealed in that one scene of Mr. Incredible browsing through Syndrome's Operation Kronos that he had been testing his Omnidroids on other supers. It goes like this: 1. Call a hero under the pretense of an official mission. 2. If the hero dies, call the next hero. > If the hero survives but fails to destroy the robot, they get killed by Syndrome. > If the robot is destroyed, add data to upgrade the robot. 3. Call the hero back. 4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until he made an invincible Omnidroid. The worst part about this plan is that even Syndrome can't kill off the monster he made, which goes into irony points, but that's just his problem, not ours. Also... *NO CAPES.*
