The thing you're not taking into account though is headshot damage, which is the only way you're getting kills with & without Double Tap, without double PAP. The Double Barrel & the KSG may be poor as you get to higher rounds, but they can last you to round 50 through headshots alone.

You know Patrick said it best (TheSmithPlays) when it comes to the HS10 shotguns; its not about the guns being bad, its about the consoles and pc's during this generation not having the graphical capability to use these guns without lagging out your game. Even in Lex's gameplay, the HS10's are lagging his game out even though their shredding on round 40. Truly unfortunate.

Lex my man, you cannot call the Remington or Steakout bad for not doing damage in those high rounds. The Mk3 from Gorod drops off at those rounds. Steakout being a 5-6 shot on round 40 is actually not bad compared to probably most other weapons in BO1

Yes, Olympia does more damage than the m14, per shot. But damage per second, 100% m14. Also the flame effect is just a visual effect, it doesn’t actually do more damage or lingering damage

Pretty sure the brecci was just a placeholder in BO4 for the SG12 when we saw it that one time btw in the voyage reveal. They’ve done that before with the ghosts early looks using mw3 weapons still.

Double Barrel is a lot better than trenchgun, pap trenchgun does 2400 damage with 2 zombies penetration and Double Barrel does 3800 damage with 4 zombies penetration Spas 12 has 2400 damage too, most shotguns in zombies have that damage, pap Spas 12 literally has higher dps than the Haymaker (is not as good because of the accuracy and ammo) The KSG and Argus don't work like a normal shotgun, pap they do flat 2000 damage, but they have up to 5x headshot multiplier and 5 zombies penetration, they can actually deal insane damage and kill on round 50 easily The Banshii is literally the strongest normal weapon in the entire franchise exluding the Rift E9 and Hellion Salvo, it can one shot in round 50 in the head, it has infinite pierce and one shots bosses every single round, statistically is in Raygun Mark 2 territory Haymaker 12 does 2000 damage pap, the overall dps of pap KRM is higher than Haymaker, but Haymaker has its pros to make it better (like ammo and ease of use) If you pick your attachments right for the Mog, you can do up to 5600 damage per shot flat against bosses (not counting multipliers like headshot) The Rampage does 2000 damage, being less damage than Spas 12, but its 30 ammo mag makes it one of the highest dps shotguns just behind Banshii

Eh, his opinions and takes on some of these shotguns is off. A bit of contradictory too. Swapping the Spaz-12 and Remington is wild. You’ll effortlessly run out of the Spaz-12 ammo, the Remington shotty is rapid with double tap 2.0. The KSG is a beast at high rounds if aiming for the head with double tap 2.0.

What annoys me is he's comparing the guns without their most optimal load out, in what may be fair is strictly just untrue, let's take for example how he compares the spas to the m1216, both box weapons with similar ammo counts but the m1216 average more damage and overall dps, which then gets further accelerated by double tap 2.0, but disregards it. However in bo4 the only way to get the most outta the bo4 shotguns is to pap 5 times and he allows it?!?!!?!

Like why aren’t you getting headshots?? I don’t quite follow how your ranking these cause some things just don’t make sense. The rampage is horrible lmao it runs out of ammo to quick and doesn’t put out enough damage to justify that. It’s like if you took the og spaz and just only slightly buffed the damage the sg12 runs alll over it especially with the strobe light attachment and deserves an A tier. Also I really feel like you should rank returning weapons to cause like I’d put the rampage over bo3 Argus but not the bo4 Argus personally. Like if this is your favorites list then sure but like your tryin to make a somewhat objective list right?
