Verazol seems pretty unique to me, and I like how favorably it interacts with commander tax. I think that one will be pretty popular. Art sucks though. Can't wait to see what happens to make omnath black, maybe someone will make fun of him online or something.

i just put hydras growth on grakmaw and then when he dies, if i have an ozolith, the counters get on the ozolith and on his token, so he gets double what he had upon death.

Idk if you guys missed it but there are quite a few cards that go infinite with ashaya. Most creatures that can untap more than one land like Argothian elder or lore weaver can untap themselves and another creature to keep getting mana and Quirion ranger can produce infinite mana if you bounce it with its ability and untap something that produces 2 or more mana and it produces infinite creature casts and landfall triggers. OK Am I missing something or does Ashaya go infinite with Field of the Dead. As in, assuming you have 7 unique lands (including creatures), when you play a new land (including a creature cuz it's a land), FotD makes a zomboid, which (since it's a land) triggers FotD again, looping infinitely? Add something like Impact Tremors and just /win.

I came here to see where you put Verazol. I think its amazing as a commander. Super uniue and fun and uses a bunch of brand new kicker cards from the new set such as Thieving Skybonder and Skyclave Relic. Might not actually be good but defs screams Commander to me. The commander tax barely matters also.

It is SOOO frustrating that they added another would-be amazing mono-white commander, but it's not a legend. Angel of Destiny would have been an AMAZING lifegain commander. *Rant* I am convinced that they must really hate white for some reason, because they keep handing out amazing things to blue, green, and red, but they refuse to give white viable card draw or any unique asset that another color can't do better. Blue gets counterspells, green gets ramp and huge monsters, black has been handed exile effects that used to be whites ONE thing, and red now has card draw out the ass, but what has white been given? I am quite frustrated that everything white used to be able to do, is now just as good if not better in another color, and the weaknesses of every color have been all but removed, except whites.

WHAT! Yasharn??! Ok ok fine lets assume you just dont like stax but you cannot say its for the 99! Firstly disables ALL sacrifices and life loss for casting and abilities that means no fetch lands, no additional casting cost of losing life or sacrificing! That shuts down one of the most frequent playstyles, aristocrats! It even shuts down what is one of the most busted things, PHYREXIAN MANA COSTS! Side note it gives you the lands for its commander tax! All commentor rage aside I think yall need to consider how good it is in a hand full of decktypes, sure its bot good for like idk combat heavy decks but in stax it disables some of the best things for its colors.

It isn't just an ordinary card, it turns off fetchlands, sacrifice outlets, crazy spells like toxic deluge or necropotence, even painlands can't generate colored mana with him. I see it as a larger "hatebear", and at least within the groups I played, it seems like a good addition for those purposes, not to mention it can make K'rrik and other black decks have some headaches(if not removed immediately), I guess it could be a great commander on hatebear decks, using Thalia, gaddock teeg, etc I've seen some cool versions around
