Tim Duncan actually got a quadruple double in game 6, but they forgot to give Duncan 2 blocks. One was a deflection and the other was given to David Robinson, but Duncan clearly blocked it. Still doesn’t change the ranking, but a fun fact.

Shaq for the 3 finals MVPs: 35.8 PPG / 14.9 RPG / 3 BPG / 29.5 FGA-PG Lakers for the those 3 finals 103.8 PPG / 43.5 RPG / 7 BPG / 79.3 FGA-PG So Shaq was scoring 34.5% of the team's points but needed only 29.5% of the team's FGA to do so. He grabbed 34% of their rebounds and had 43% of their blocks. Only Duncan can you find a higher (relative to team's output) Reb and Blk% for any of the 2000s finals, and no one else can you find that high of a PPG% on that low of a FGA%.

Pierce elevated himself above Allen in '08...Allen shined in G3 and the celts caught a loss as a result. G4 comes and Paul posts a Great +/-, assist line, and points scored. While playing almost the whole game in a more taxing position than Allen. Allen benefited from opportunities; Pierce facilitated them.

Ranking Wade's 2006 Finals performance at #2 on this list is completely fair. Wade destroyed the Mavericks and brought the Heat back from an 0-2 deficit to win the 2006 championship. As far as Wade's free throws go, I'll admit that there were a few questionable foul calls, but the vast majority of those free throws resulted from the simple fact that no one on the Mavericks could stop Wade without fouling him.
@raihan6908
@raihan6908 3 жыл бұрын
Exactly. Yes there were some questionable calls. But the reality is the Mavs defense just didn't have an answer for Wade. Some people need to stop giving into conspiracy theories and actually go watch(or re-watch) the footage from the 06 finals, because it's not like we don't have the footage.

@@dusk6159 what Shaquille O'Neal, excuse me what, this dude was the 3rd leading scorer on his own team with 13 and 8 u know who also averaged similar numbers, Tristan Thompson in his finals runs Shaq was the starter to an average role player and both the Glove and Zo are too old, yea Gary hit that game winner, but Wade carried them and led them to even got in the position to get the chance of taking a game winner, and Zo was more negative than the positive during his last year in Miami like the Glove as his old body couldnt produce great defense, same with Gary, although sometimes he had his great defensive moments

@@chanendlerbong Scoring isn't the metric to look at always and for any player regardless of their nature and role, the impact belongs to the whole body of work. Especially when Shaq explicitly wanted and made sure Wade scored and took over, bringing double teams and opening up the defense for Dwyane's slashing.

Facts. KG has a higher offensive BPM than paul pierce and ray allen. In defense, it’s not even close, KG destroys them. 18ppg 13rbg and the same amount of assists as Allen while playing 6 less minutes than Paul Pierce and Allen.
