@@hacerevcil5258 Sorry but the highest any clone war era character other than the Mortis gods won’t be any above mid A if not lower because of power gaps between the trilogies. For example Anakin and Yoda were around large mountain in the Prequels but Vader is around multi continental several years before a new hope and several years after RoTS. Sidious also went from mountain level to around star level as he controls the power of 1000 death stars.

I have some strong aversions to some of your opinions in the first half, and I think there are things about Star Wars that you just don't get, but you made up for it with your top 10. Including the final Maul vs Obi-Wan fight was the right choice. And Ahsoka vs Vader at #2 was spot on. Personally, it's my favorite, but Obi vs Anakin at #1 is an equally right choice. Oh, and also putting Luke vs Vader ROTJ over Luke/Vader ESB is one I totally agree with. All in all, solid list.

Anyway, here's the characters I would move to A: All the Mandalorians (Jango, Boba, Bo Katan and Din Djarin), Grogu, R2-D2 (he's done some crazy shit), Hondo (aka the pirate guy who captured Dooku. Automatically deserves A tier), Leia Organa (because she is force-sensitive, believe it or not) and... regretfully, Rey.

Just me personally, but if power like Jabba’s influence as a crime lord counts, then I think Boba taking over Tatooine balances out how they made him a little less dangerous. His network isn’t nearly as big as Jabba’s but by the end of BoBF it’s pretty clear that most of the normal denizens of Tatooine would probably take up blasters for him if he asked, since they all no doubt clearly preferred him to the years of suffering under various cartels. Having a rancor puts him at least on Bossk’s level, So I’d put him in A tier.
