As I said before it does not matter what you guys is going to say, that the experts said. It is all nonsense that they are talking, because not one of those so called experts are not fast bowlers. So they does not have any idea of what they are talking about, they are only going by who they likes most. They are not going by stats and, if you are not going by stats. Then me and you cannot see eyes in eyes at all, because how are you is. Going compared the leading wickets taker of all times for the wi team, plus Walsh was the very first bowler in test cricket. To ever to take over 519 wickets so, how are you going to put baby Marshall and other above the legendary fast bowler. A bowler with stamina and class,this is not some was given to him on platter. It is something through hard works and dedication, to let him achieve this mile stones. Walsh is the only wi fast bowler also spin to the 500 club ,so he is a different class all by himself. It does not matter what public opinion said, it is not relevant at all. I know that everytime that I said something which is true, you have a lot of cyber bullies trying. To get into confrontational with me, because they are just ignorant of the facts.

This list is much more sensible than the one on the video. I’ve watched all these guys except for Hall and Griffiths, but their reputation and figures definitely put them in this list. And what Garner could do with the ball was amazing, and his average also show he should be right near the top. And much as I loved watching Andy Roberts, Allan Border was very straightforward answering the question “who was the best bowler you ever faced?” -it was Malcolm Marshall.

Listening to you guys comments you are only looking for likes, to start up a very controversial conversation. Because it is your opinions but facts and opinions is two different things, opinions is an assumption of what you think about a person but. It is not the true identity of what the person did in real life, because it is only one wi fast bowler in the 500 Walsh the all wickets taker. So how you would rated a bowler with a lower wickets tally, than the bowler with the all time leading bowler. You can see the biasness with these guys, because what they are saying it is all nonsense. I have watched all of the wi bowlers bowled from Wes Hall and Charlie Griffiths, from in the 1960s to this present time. I couldn't say about the 1950s, because I was too young to understand the game. They can say what they want to say with their stupidity, because anybody with any form of sense. They will know that they are talking a lot of nonsense, because when you put the all time leading wickets taker at 7 then you can realized, that they are very, very biased. I would like to know what is their criteria of selection, rather than selecting the bowlers according by the amount of wickets they took during their career playing for the wi team . It is not something someone is giving it to you because of favoritism, it is something that you worked for. Because if I make the most marks in my exam, the teacher cannot give the lower student the scholarship over me. Because I would haveto challenge it by the administration, because the rules said. That the student with the highest marks, should awarded the scholarship, so I don't know where you got your understanding from talking a lot of trash 🗑️.

@@thereversescoopUSA Courtney is severely underrated as players have said he was probably the best old ball bowler. I witnessed him bowl an entire day (52 overs) in a FC game taking 6 wickets. Another interesting list, but I cannot accept it without the mention of either Hall or Griffith. Jerome Taylor would have to go. Did he not have action issues? There was also a short guy from Jamaica, can't remember his name now, but put absolute fear in opposing batsmen. He had discipline and attitude issues so he didn't play long either. But the circumstances and conditions under which he played and the quality of opposing batsmen must be taken into account as with the older guys. 1 and 2 would be debatable. Personal feelings doesn't justify Roberts being number one! Why would Croft be rated above Holding? He didn't even play that many matches, or take that many wickets. Even in the bowling order of the most dominant West Indies quintet, Croft was 4th-5th in the order. Did Croft really face the same quality of batsmen that Holding and Roberts faced? Mostly, by the time Croft got into the game, batsmen are usually well softened and the remaining batting order is less potent.

Malcolm Marshall was the ultimate fast bowler. Surely the no.1 among Indies & probably the best among any bowler from any era or country. The only competition I guess is Sydney Barnes from England if All time greatest list from all countries is considered

All these bowlers were good at bowling line and length, which is what is lacking with the current crop. All these guys bowl is half volleys, short in accurate down the keg side.

Marshall has to be number 1. Marshall, Garner, Ambrose, Croft, Holding, Bishop, Walsh, Roberts, Wes Hall and Winston Benjamin. Roberts was the first of truly express pace available to Lloyd, the meanest and leader of the bowling always. I actually don't mind him being listed as number 1 for intangibles. Jerome Taylor cannot get in top 10 ahead of Wes Hall though. No way.
@thereversescoopUSA6 ай бұрын
Thank you for your feedback. Jerome Taylor made our Quickest WI bowlers of all time. Our initial top 10 was based on the skillset, and Marshall arguably is #1. However, we wanted to highlight Andy Roberts. But I totally feel you, as Marshall was the goat 🐐

@PunanyChemist9 ай бұрын
Winston Benjamin was not a fast bowler. He was a medium pacer. Therefore, he shouldn't even be counted. Jerome Taylor please, this guy wouldn't make the top 30. I think you are missing Charlie Griffith, Sylvester Clarke, Gilchrist, Winston Davis,Patrick Patterson, Martindale, Constantine and Wes Hall. Lastly Marshall surpassed Roberts the teacher. Marshall is the number one bowler of all time.

Interesting analysis and list. Andy and Malcolm Marshall are really numbers 1 and 2, does not matter who you have as the number 1. Colin Croft at 3 is interesting. I would have had Mikey Holding there, just for longevity. Crofty had a short career. Joel Garner being on the list is a given so also Ambrose and Walsh. Curious why you left out Wes Hall, Griffith and Sylvester Clarke.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we emphasized skillset during the selection criteria over extreme pace. Hence, other players made the list over some you mentioned. We will do a list with Pace as our main criteria as well.
@christopherthompson646710 ай бұрын
You cannot make the case for top speed without Patrick Patterson. Ask Jeffery Dujon. He affirmed Patterson was the quickest he had ever kept to. Sylvester Clark was also feared by many batsmen for his sheer pace.
@thereversescoopUSA10 ай бұрын
This list is based on skillset first and then pace. We will do a list in the near future with Pace as the main criteria. In this list, who would you replace for Patrick Paterson?

@thereversescoopUSA brother... garner S average, skills and success alone puts him there.. do you know what a 20 bowling average means? And an average under 20 in odi?? He's better than roberts and croft. Marshall Garner Ambrose Roberts that's the top 4.
@GavinSmith12349 ай бұрын
And how does "skill set" make sense without success?? TAYLOR has a terrible bowling average in tests of over 34.. kemar roach has an average of 27 after 80 matches , kemar is skilled at this moment and much better than Taylor and Benjamin.. the only bowler who took more wickets per deliveries than Garner is Marshall. Doesn't matter how skilled someone claims to be, it's who performs the best.

You ever heard of Roy Gilchrist? Wes Hall and Charlie Griffith? Patrick Balfour Patterson or Sylvester Clarke? Is Kemar Roach left out because he still playing? Croft is too high...
@thereversescoopUSA9 ай бұрын
Yes, we didn't want to include active players in our list. that's why Roach was left out. But some of the other names could perhaps come in for Benjamin and Taylor, which just depends on the point of view.

His reply was that the first mistake you made.

Marshal … Ambrose….Roberts/Croft…Holding….Garner…Walsh….Not sure Taylor and Benjamin would be in my 10. I’ll find a place for Wes Hall. Bishop’s stress fracture robbed him of greatness. He raced to 100 test wickets in record tests , after not bowling in his first test which was washed out, even with great bowler in the team but recurring back injury had the last say 😢
