this is NOT an ultralight aircraft ! an ultralight has to follow FAA rules part 103 of 254 pounds or less and a single seat, this craft has two seats and weighs 440 pounds! this craft is a LSA experimental only. NOT AN ULTRALIGHT, remove ULTRALIGHT from your title
