rant about teenage fomo and idealism i guess

i’m not really motivated to write a description or whatever this is called right now. tried chipotle for the very first time today it was really delectable. pricing outrageous but that’s everywhere now days (but $3 for a spoonful of guacamole? insane) i’m hungry rn i want a vegan pancake. i want a car. i had an insane dream last night but i can’t remember it now. was going to write about it but forgot to. was something about wait nvm i remember i went to this pizza shop that i went to when i was little and somehow it was the same employee’s there and they remembered my regular order and it was very cute

Hi, randomly had your 4th of july video pop up in my recommended and then came to this video. Sounds like you already have a great head on your shoulders and instincts too based on swerving captain of the football teams lake water attempt. Fair warning a lot of the experiences you want will end up being stories like that but they make the authentic ones much better when those happen. Feel free to only take what works and applies to you i just wanted to offer free advice as someone whos been through a lot of ups and downs and has some years more experience. Its all degrees of life and the best you will ever be able to do is find joy in it always (please dont assume i dont think you already do this reasonably well, just a reminder to try), sometimes we are forced to be somewhere but sometimes life also has a way of giving us exactly what we need before we go on to the next stage. A bachelor's degree can be a big whirlwind of freedom for a lot of people and some get tossed quick, others slow and some can step right in sync with the eye. Enjoy the calm before the storm, everyone wants what they lack and youll have more than your fair share of stories soon! Its great you have a creative outlet to express yourself and a video journal/diary to express/process things, these are both really great ways to get to know yourself and the more you know yourself the less lost you will become when the whirlwind of life starts really hitting! (Relationships, mortgage, bills, home repair, work, self care, cooking, shopping etc.). While you still have some time out there isolted i think the best thing maybe continue to get to know and connect with yourself like you have been. Also on wanting to connect to some kind of belief this is where you should use that gemini jack of all trades master of none thing. Read it all, watch it all, the ones included (for a reason), the ones excluded (also for a reason) the ones in the public eye and the ones that meet in secret, astrology, magic, psychology, alchemy etc.. They all borrow from eachother, will flip names/genders/some aspects but you seem like youll spot the patterns that overlap. Dont believe anyone who says they have the answer, they want to sell you something, but the internet and libraries are great sources to discover yourself by discovering others even while isolated. Now for the next stage. It sounds smart to get your associates especially at no cost, most schools will comp your gen-eds if you transfer in with an associates. This means when you do end up paying for your undergrad you will be on the hook for mostly degree relevant classes right away when/if you decide on your school. It also gives you some more time/experience in different classes to see what speaks to/interests you. There are a lot of ways to make a living nowadays follow passions and know yourself is the best thing you can do. Listen to others, take what resonates and how you can apply it to your life and continue to be kind. Have a great week!
