@@wesleytwiggs7687Umm, he reads what HE wrote for himself a lot of the time. He started there as a writer IN 2013 and almost all writer->cast SNLians still spend most their time writing. And yes, it is phenomenal how sharply he sees himself - a rare trait for someone so successful. I'm surprised he doesn't push himself out there more, I can't tell if he & Keenan are really that happy, or if Lorne is nearing retirement & is stocking the cupboard, so to speak, with a whole team of his faves from each department to create stability. I feel like Seth is partly at NBC so he's in position to replace Lorne, but I could def see Lorne also seeding the team with some more experienced folks who will support the new producer during what will be one of the highest risk power changes in TV history. Lorne must know that he has limited time to get things set up. He might work til he's 90, but it's very easy after 60 to have an unexpected, life altering event even among the healthy & wealthy

@@mcgritty8842I get your point and, historically, there were genuinely underrated cast members (Brooks Whelan ❤), but compared to his cast mates, he does not push himself forward much & PR doesn't use him much. I feel like he is under-appreciated, and I think "underrated" is changing in meaning. I assume you are 25-40, if you're older, you already had to lose "literally" as a functional word, so you wouldn't have any fight left. If you're under 25, the rest of your life will be full of no one using words right, but the fact that you care at a young age gives me hope lol! If you are over 50, pipe down & stop nitpicking the kids, no one likes it when we do...

I honestly thought he was an internet personality related to that girl from Dr Phil who wants us to cash her outside lol... i dont consume much pop culture lol, gotta try harder, what a nice guy! Awesome to see more Puerto Rican Americans in the public eye, i just recently learned our historical Latino community (founded in 1905 all the way up in montana, saved the region financially) was not just Mexican, but we have some 118 year old Puerto Rican culture up here too!!

I got to tell her about her family history (I work at the museum) a little - how the Latino people saved the economy & how her 3rd cousin is part of rock n roll history (the hippy hippy Shake song comes from here, Chan Romero, who was good friends with Buddy & Ricky).
