I went to NYC in Feb of 2020 and was one of the ones Marcello sold comedy show tickets to on the street. I remember being surprised he had a set, I thought he was just the ticket guy 😂 He was the funniest that night; he had us cry-laughing. I tried to keep up with his comedy….but COVID times. I was not surprised to see him on SNL. Great Job Marcello 🥳🥳

As a an immigrant myself many decades ago at 18, Marcello is the only real Latino comic I can identify with with, no stupid gimmicks, pure fun and truth, plus he is 305 all the way, bringing his mom everywhere and dressing up like the star that he is , legit Latino man!

My favorite skit with Marcelo was the one he was talking about baseball and the difference between a Dominican baseball player turn at the bat and other players. It was absolutely hilarious! Explosive material that went viral around the world. Absolutely loved him. And love his Mom’s nonchalant attitude like yea he’s famous but he’s still has to wash the dishes at home sort of thing! Love it!!

If your parents are immigrants, it is not hard to pick up their accent, especially if you are always speaking in their native language. I am around so many Hispanics that were born here, but they have heavy Latino accents. It's amazing really.
