The Fanta and chocolate ice cream makes a lot of sense since orange and chocolate is already a very popular combo while coke floats (coke with soft serve) is also an extremely popular thing due to Mc. Donald’s(at least in India). So it’s just a hybrid between these two.

Coke floats are likely just a variation off of the traditional desert in the USA called a "root beer float". Root Beer doesn't really exist outside of North America, so I'm not surprised McDonald's did a variation.

Some ideas so you can salvage some of you're tastier food items. the chocolate ice cream and the milk, toss it into a blender (maybe with an ice cube or two?), hit blend and make yourself a milkshake. If you want to use up the carrot juice, make a smoothie with a little bit of the carrot juice, but throw in a bunch of fruits like strawberries and/or blueberries. You can probably use a combination that you would like (maybe a little applesauce or something to help a little to thicken it). Make yourself a fruit smoothie. Or you can use it in a cooking recipe somewhere? I would like to comment that I know that watermelon and cinnamon didn't work for you, but I have a feeling you might be a fan of Tajin with your watermelon?
