Sorry but your technique needs work. Letting your car sit wet in the sun while you clean your wheels is bad form. As the water sits there drying in the sun encourages water spots. Do the wheels by themselves beforehand then wash your car. Also I am sure you washed in direct sun (usually a no-no) so that the video looks good which it does.
