A very nicely presented review together with a quick what’s in the box, thank you. It’s odd that at that price they do not provide a few figures to capture its authenticity in operation. Just subbed as liked also your intro scenes on your layout. Best regards Stephen

Thanks very much Stephen. The British Pathe footage shows the car in use with people working at the instruments, so figures would be a good addition to this model.

Thanks Mike, it's a very highly detailed and well made model (I think Rapido really are one of the best manufacturers). It's not the sort of thing I would normally go for, but as it had a Southern connection in terms of its use with the Leader loco, I just had to get it in the BR guise.

@@ModelRailwaysUnlimited That's a better price than I payed Mike (there are some tempting sales around at the moment, but I still have to pinch myself when I hear myself saying £96 for a coach is a good price!) You've probably got an A4 or two to run it with, so I'm sure you'd find plenty of good use for it, and an interesting video.
