If my income is $19,000/yr (well below the income requirements for sponsorship) but we have $50,000 in savings (over 2-3 years of saving together) Would our visa get denied or would they consider the cash assets in my savings account sufficient for financial sponsorship? I was married twice before and my second divorce happened while I was incarcerated and I do not know where my ex-wife filed for the divorce all I know is that it was in Minnesota. I just signed the paper work and sent it back when I was incarcerated. We were married for less than a year. How can I get the divorce decree when I don't know what county she filled it. So why would a k1 get approved by uscis then the nvc go to the us embassy make a appointment do the medical and then the us embassy sends the visa back to the uscis for (a appropriate disposition)
