Grammar, Chris. Try it. If you aren't sure whether it is "your" or "you're", just type it out. Your = it is yours, you're = you are. Their = it is theirs, they're = they are. Were = past tense, used with "you" as in you were not good at grammar. We're = we are. Then = reference to a time aspect as in: I told you back then. Then I said. Than = used to compare things as in: It is better to know the difference rather than being an idiot. Carry on, Chris. No problem. We all make mistakes. Learn from them.

The Drew Brees line is due to Drew saying "I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag", which immediately takes away any reason why it is being done, and freedom of expression and speech is one of the things the military that he stands with, fought for. I would prefer a different method of protesting as well, as the kneeling has taken most of the focus off the real issue, and has everyone only talking about disrespecting the flag or not. But at the same time, if that is the way people believe they need to protest and express themselves, then more power to them, it's an issue that needed to have more conversations.
@fuglyjerm
@fuglyjerm 4 жыл бұрын
Why does it have to be an exception? Others have donated and been nice and were not monsters. Just like saying all cops are bad because there are some bad one, or since some protesters turn to violence they all and to riot. Majority of cops are good, majority of protesters are peaceful, and majority of people who try and help the community are good people. We only notice the exceptions.
@brianh7861
@brianh7861 4 жыл бұрын
@Mark Hammond But in all the good things that Drew has done, he only said the one bad thing, and admitted he said it the wrong way than he actually felt. How would that make him a monster? You cant just assume that because others have turned out to be monsters, that everyone is. innocent until proven guilty. Drew earned an FU from Eminem(and others) with his statement, but that is the end of it imo. Other than that Drew has been a great person(as far as we know anyways).

When he says “now I shoot threes, got a lil green..” he may be referring to the game 2k, where you shoot a perfect 3 and the bar below your player goes green
@Panicbot92
@Panicbot92 4 жыл бұрын
Perhaps he's also referring to a triple entendre that's he's setting up for. Right after the shoot 3s line he mentions lil Wayne then quickly Snoop "D.O Double, that's 2 G's"... 2 G's is obviously 2 grand as well as snoops remaining letters, but it's also 2 Grams cause of the rhyme scheme (weed, Snoop, trees, smoke loose leaf). Another reach that can make it a quadruple entendre is that he, almost back to back, mentioned two OG's of rap (Tunechi...Snoop... That's two G's)

With all due respect I disagree on the Drew Brees thing. We already went over all of this in 2016/2017 and explained none of this was about disrespecting the flag, yet people still act like it is. He also mentioned his grandfathers fighting for America, when a lot of African American grandfathers did the same, came back, and didn't have the same rights as Drew's grandfathers. This stuff is all about perspective and personal experience, and standing against what Brees said makes perfect sense in the African American community.

It is weird that those who disagree appear to be completely blind to everything you've stated, well they choose to be blind and rather focus on THE RIGHT to speak lol they CHOOSE to ignore the real reason for the protest, ...............just so they can be offended. you must be living in luxury if you are CHOOSING to be offended, when the facts say otherwise ppphhhh! Anyways, unlike knoxhill drew realised he messed up and apologised and I think his apology was genuine bcos it appears he actually stood back and looked at the whole situation, it wasn't about his white grandfathers but also about the black grandfathers that fought alongside with his grand fathers......lol who came back to racism while his grandads got celebrated...………….oh! well Americas original sin.
