All I Have is fantastic and on par with Therapy Session but as far as NF's progressed music style in his later albums I would say that you get almost as much introspection and depth in Remeber This and that song reminds me of this one every time I hear it.

i love you one of the hardest things for people who haven’t been a self harmer to understand I still remember tryna explain it to my mum when she found out I was when I was a teenager, I’m 27 now and she still can’t understand it when we talk about it, she doesn’t judge she’s really amazing tryna help me but that she just can’t understand!

Lennon Roberto no she doesn’t understand why I self harmed, not the video sorry if I worded it wrong, it used to be a real problem for me like I was addicted to it, either to feel physical pain to try and block out the mental pain or to remind myself I was still alive but my mum just sees ‘her baby’ ruining her body and she finds it really hard to understand why I couldn’t stop

@HaremGodRance it releases endorphins(happiness hormone), which depressed people have a low amount of. I started thinking it would help and I was addicted for several years, any time my depression got worse I couldn't stop thinking about it Once you start its harder to stop, I had to get rid of anything sharp when my mental state was good and find other ways to cope. And even then it took months to stop relapsing. Jerking off can only be done so many times a day and the high from that lasts a shorter amount of time Stop spreading the "sideways for attention long way for results" shit, you're only telling people who don't know how to kill themselves an easy way to do it. I wore long sleeved shirts in a hundred degree weather JUST to hide the scars. The only time they were visible was when I was recovering and it would take an idiot to think they were fresh. The only person who saw them was my girlfriend at the time and that was only because she had to check my arm to make sure I didn't do it again It's a choice In the beginning . But after that it's an addiction. And most people start when they're too upset to think straight Even the people that do It for attention end up addicted

No joke. I believe that Therapy Session was my introduction to NF as well. I'm a therapist. I remember hearing this song and getting the same chills. I was just thinking "what a gift this man has for making a song that captures emotion so completely". The song truly felt like the catharsis you get when you confront your emotions in a therapy session. It hits both as a metaphor about a therapy session and with Nate's personal story. Only truly gifted artists are able to pull that off.

I've watched alot of different reaction channels. Some are ok, a couple are just extremely entertaining, and there are alot that are really just pointless.... But this man... This man right here.... Knox Hill... This is by far, the absolute, hands down, BEST in the game. No one else that I have seen knows how to break down the lyrics and really understands the meaning behind them. No one else can point out the many elements of the beats, flows, and rhyme schemes, plus have the ability to thoroughly explain them. Knox Hill, sir, believe me when I say, and I think that I speak for a whole lot of other people when I say..... YOU ARE THE MAN!!!! There is no one that holds a candle to you. 💯💯💯💯💯 Keep doing what you do!!! #KnoxHillFam4Life

I suffer everyday from Depression and Anxeity. I’m 16 years old and have had this as long as I can remember. I can’t go to school, I can’t be with the few friends I have left, I can’t training for fotball that is one of the few tvinga that I like. I have panic attack very often, I have cut up my wrists and thights, I have tried taking my own life. People say that I should not listen to NF because he is sad and stuff but his music helps me sometimes. I don’t want to hear happy stuff because then I wonder ”Why can’t I be happy? Nothing has happend I should be happy But I’m not.. Why?” It has to be between happy and sad. Not like music that makes you only sad But music like NF that is real.

So glad you did Therapy Session I know I suggested it on another 1 of your videos. When you're raised around kids going through this, this song SLAMS home. I work in recovery now and this song reminds me of how tough it is and that I'm not the only 1 dealing with it. His relating gives hope. It doesn't change everyone's situation that girl isn't out of her dad's abuse because of NF's music, but maybe just maybe her hope will outlast the situation. You can't ruin people as long as they have hope. I just pray anyone dealing with this reaches out to a friend or someone who can help. I wasn't helped as a kid, I had to deal with it myself, and suicide was definitely real in college later on when I stopped smoking pot because I used it to deal with the pain. Wooh! Such a great reaction for a great song. One of the best NF songs... so deep and raw. You did such a beautiful breakdown of the song and lyrics Knox. Thanks man! Since you are doing some older songs by NF, one of the first great songs has got to be "Mansion". It really sets the stage for many of his other songs and videos. I would love to see you react to it! I'm in a similar situation like this girl in the music video and I think what he wanted to say is that his music can help us to get through hard times, that's why he's sitting next to the boy and the girl. He presents his music. I mean when I'm listening to his while my parents are arguing or after I had a fight with my mom it makes me feel like I'm not alone yk.

For being your first listen through, from what I understand about the song, you hit so much on the nose like how it's his outlet, and then he has the monologue at the end saying that. I appreciate how deep you dive into the video/lyrics compared to other reacters. NFs music deserves that deep dive IMO. Much love!

Idk why but the "I got that mansion cd on rotation. That's real for me, nate, you do not understand!" hits harder than the other lines. Just the way nathan raises his voice when he says "That's real for me, nate, you do not understand!". It cuts deep, man.

I was here to share my thoughts on NF music too but you said everything there is to say about it. I love how you can also appreciate his music video production and imagery - especially when you foreshadowed the smiles on their masks. I do want to say that the best thing about NF is he doesn't just write poetically. He communicates his feelings so well not just with words, but with the buildup in his music, the choir, and the emotions in his voice, it's hard not to let it get to you.

i hate when people say they hate on NF because he doesn't swear in his music and therefore takes away from the emotion. like, no. you don't need to swear to get your feelings across. sometimes you don't need to say a lot at all to get your feelings across, a few well-placed words can make a bigger impact than a paragraph of swearing and cussing. many memorable emotional songs don't have a single swear in them at all and still move the audience.

on the self-harm topic and one of the lines he said at the beginning. I started self-harming (cutting) when I was 10/11yrs old, grade 5. around a year later was when it really hit me how many people I knew, were my friends, were my age, etc. that self-harmed. it still surprises me every time I think about it. the emotional pain I was in to intentionally bring physical pain to myself was immense and I cannot begin to comprehend how many people out there have felt the same way. a lot of times I wish I could just take everyone’s pain, ya know?

And also enjoy watching people reacting to his songs and realizing not everything is as perfect as a lot of people think. Finally I've been to his concert here in Belgium a few weeks ago.
