I finally, after going through all the back catalogue I could find for Ren, things other people have recorded and uploaded of him performing as well as everything he’s put out, found 1 track from the Big Push where I thought “this is good”. I mean- it’s good - for anyone else, any other band, that would be praise, but I had to stop and listen again to be sure and yep, I think it’s only “good”. How ridiculous is that? It’s like a 99.9% hit rate and the 0.1% is still better than 99.9% of the things out there by anyone else! :)
