She said the media portrays her as some crazy girl who takes baths in pearls, Flys men around the world, can get any man but they won't stay because she is so clingy and crazy. It used to piss her off then she said "wait this is a great character" and wrote the song. Most girls only want a bad guy once then realize we can't change them. Then the smart ones never go back to bad boys. I promise Taylor herself or any of her friends would Never do/act like she does in this video. Her last boyfriend was a 6 1/2 year relationship and she has been dating Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end for a year. She has been on tour for over a year. He flew overseas to see her play 14 times this summer and she flew back to see him play when she got a chance. Both of them could only stay a couple days. Her relationships are normal if you take the celebrity out of it. She became famous at 16 so every person she has dated or sometimes was friends with or was sat next to at an awards show the media said she was dating. She is 34 now. I bet you don't really count someone you went on dates with at 16 for a month a relationship. If she feels you do her wrong she will write a song about it. Only trashy girls do the things in the video. And no, all of her songs are not about ex's. A LOT are, most artists who write their own music write from experience or things they see. She does have some made up songs though. She has a song about being a young child growing up, her Grandfather being in a war, Covid, her Mom's cancer, a child who had cancer that she was reading his Mom's blog everyday. She didn't know them. When he passed, all of the profits go to a charity named after him. A song about her Grandmother. Songs about her friends relationships, diss songs, etc. Sorry to write all of that but Taylor is painted in a bad light because people think she got famous, was a white, young, innocent girl who didn't have a rough time growing up. I believe that is called jealousy. She can't help how she grew up. The reason many people think she became famous overnight is because she started in Country music before young especially female artists were popular in mainstream and Country music like they are now. There are videos and interviews of her hustling very young. She is playing at a rubber duck race for around 10 people. A rubber duck race is exactly what it sounds like, it is a Southern thing. She played at county fairs for 15 people. She went around Nashville at 13 and begged places if she could play free. Anyway all of the Country big guy bands adopted her as their little sister and asked her to open for them. George Straight, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney. I can't think of the others offhand. She won lots of huge awards in Country music before she switched to Pop. A lot of artists don't know that about her. She sings in about 5 genres.

Love this music video. She was playing the character they were portraying in the media. She once talked about the media had a narrative of watch out guy. Don't get to close to Taylor she's crazy. Like she was a man eater or something. So she showed them crazy. lol. I study human behavior and a study I once watched said instinctively women want a dominate male for a mate but a kind soul aka nice guy to raise her children. That they want to pass on the good looks, strength, charisma and traits that are more likely to make a child to survive. For example the alpha male in a group may be who the women choose to mate with but that who they look for life partner is someone who is kind and would be a loving father. I've heard it put a different way a woman marries a man she think she can change him turn the bad guy into a good guy whereas the guy marries the woman hoping and thinking she will never change. (obviously doesn't apply to every situation) But that at the end we chose a man that is a blend of the two. But really in the end everyone gets hurt and the nice girl or nice guy end up getting played and they end up no longer being the nice guy or nice girl to the people they date after. But everyone has their preferences but I know I want a nice guy, but I've already had the bad boy and no I don't have kids that I'm looking for a daddy for. I want a man who loves me and respects me and that will be my best friend and partner who will be by my side through the journey of ups and downs of life. Who will protect me but I will not need protection against.

I strongly suggest that you watch, “1989 stadium tour “. Taylor explains her reason why she wrote, “blank space “. I do not know whether you already did the reputation album, the one of two that we have been waiting for her to release as “Taylors version”, but if you do, please try to look at some backstory. A person does not need to know every little detail about Taylor in order to appreciate her songs. however, when we know what was going on, it gives us a better insight into what she was writing. In “The Reputation Stadium Tour“, there are a few songs which speak to the public witch hunt that put Taylor through immense heartache and agony that Taylor went through after Mr. Kanye West and his then wife, Kim Kardashian, pulled with doctored tapes and full out blatant lies, in order to try to ruin Taylor! In my opinion, a lesser woman would have been crushed by this! But not my Queen!!! Many of us also believe that Kanye’s record label run by Scooby Dooby Braun, had something to do with it. I believe this is mostly about Matty the guy after Joe. Although there are some Joe references too and I’m sure she thinks of them both. She met Matty when they were in their early 20’s they had an instant connection but it wasn’t the best time for either of them and they said they would come back later when they had their lives checked out. As her relationship with Joe was coming to an end because Joe couldn’t handle her fame and their lives just didn’t match even through they wanted it too, Matty came back into her life and they dated for two weeks after Joe. She just got out of a long relationship and the hope she had for revisiting this love interest with Matty was exciting. Matty love bombed her told her he she was the love of his life and then just disappeared. Both of these relationships devastated her each in their own way. They both probably felt like the loss of her life!
