THIS IS THE BEATLES!!! An original song by the Beatles and written by them as well, Lennon & McCartney. Lennon, with the glasses the lead singer on this track.

That rooftop concert is powerful. The Beatles knew that it was the end and that’s how they chose to end it. Later on Paul would say in interviews that he had hoped the police would come up there and arrest them all so it could really be a statement of it being the end.

They managed a No 1 single and an album after this performance. So, NOT the end. Last public appearance.

Ah, not too many react to the Take where John messes up the words to his own song. Kudos. A deep dive into these guys would be worthwhile. There IS a reason people still regard these guys as the GOATs.

I’ll be sure to do that 🙏🏾🔥🔥

John forgot the words in the middle. The police came to shut them down.

The take used on the original film “Let it Be” had John’s mistake. It’s now available on Disney+.

Take 1 doesn't mean 1 take. It means it's the 1st take.

These were all songs they were still learning. In the next take you can see John and Paul laughing at the oart where he screws up the lyrics here.

My suggestion is that you go back to the beginning and listen to their albums chronologically. It seems to me that many of the younger generations can't connect to much of their earlier work. I predict if you start from the beginning you will gain a whole new perspective and appreciation for them. It will open up a new world for you. When you start to recognize who's singing by their voices, you will be hooked. Even if you just listen to a few songs or an album side at a time, stick with it.

Might have to do that for sure 👌🏾

Great reaction, new sub. Please react to "Hey Jude" live The Beatles, thanks, God bless.

This isn't the best take of that song. There's another take where John got the words right. Billy Preston made major contributions to this whole album.

Yeah, until corporate hip hop and dance pop ruined the top 40 since about 1999. 25 YEARS of mediocrity. 😩
