This a cover of Justin's band before tool. The band is called peach. The original is not bad. But tool makes it better

I actually love the original. Heard TOOLs version first but for me didnt take away from the quality of the original. TOOLs is easily my fav and 1 of my top songs period for them. The original is similar. I would say it sounds more grunge. What makes TOOLs version so great is sure Adams riffs, no matter how basic, no one sounds like the Octopus but Maynards personalizing of the lyrics and the hauntingly real emotion that comes through his unique vocal sound. Gives me goosebumps every time i hear it.

Love your reactions. I've been a member of the Tool army for a long time and it's awesome to see you guys not only getting introduced to this amazing band, but recognizing their genius. One of their songs I think you'd really enjoy is Intension...one of their more underrated songs. It's more laid back but still very deep and Danny Carey's work with the electronic kit is simply jaw dropping. I would recommend listening to it before Right in Two as it goes into that song, but I see you've already done Right in Two, so I guess that ship has sailed.
