I bought one at launch it had numerous issues. Had to return it. Rapsodo send me tons of emails on all the improvements they have done since and decided to order one again today. Crossing my fingers as I was really looking forward to it the first time around.

I bought this Rapsodo, 5x5 high end mat, ball tray, the same net, and a hitting screen. Have not unboxed the Rapsodo. I like the simplicity of your video. I hope I have the same success when I get it set up.

Just purchased after it being on/off in stock. I plan to use it indoors in my living room, so I understand the hesitancy of possibly breaking something haha. Supposedly, the ball is supposed to around 8ft away from the net. Judging from the video, it doesn’t look like 8ft. Can you confirm whether it was or maybe if it was closer to like 5-6ft? The farther away the ball is from the net, the higher the chance of me breaking something if I do a mis-hit, haha. And if it was less than 8ft (as Rapsodo recommended), did you find it to be any less accurate? Thanks!

I believe I was 6 feet away. Seems pretty accurate to me with that distance. Closer to the net the better if windows are nearby :)

I was going to ask the exact same question! but I have another one: @golfsciencelab - did you also have the monitor only 6 ft behind the ball? This is a huge deal if it works with only 12ft to the net for those of us who might be space constrained. The specs of most monitors seem to require at least 15ft between the monitor and the net, and then adding 2ft for the net, you need a room that's at least 17ft.

Good review! QQ - can you see your shot shape (tracer) when you hit into a net like this? I dont have a projector. I just hit into a net in my backyard. Would be nice to see the shot shape.

You can see the tracer! Rapsodo has added some new ranges and options in the app since this video. Just throw the ipad down next to you and you'll be set!

Is your setup closer than the recommended 6ft behind and 8 ft of ball flight? If it is it seems to work pretty well? I'm just asking because I have a slightly smaller area and wondering if the MLM 2 Pro will still work similar to your setup

It does work well with this space! Obviously good to keep it as close to recommended as possible for best data. But it can work with less it seems like.

I don't believe so, that is a trackman type metric (or other high end monitors)

nothing I found as of yet to hook up a projector to this, and why cant we use a desktop PC? you dont connect projects to tablet or a phone, dont like the direction things are going. not your fault.

There are comments all over about the terrible connectivity with the app. Any problems here? People claim it disconnects all the time and you have to reconnect and it's a huge hassle.
