My issue with the pick is what the logjam at shooting guard Gary, Trent jr, abagi and I’m afraid they are going to the BPA Johnny Furphy. What is the path for playing time for Ja’Kobe? Maybe positional needs doesn’t matter, let these guys battle it out and trade whoever doesn’t do well.

People are still questioning if GTJ will even be coming back. If he's traded or he leaves, there's going to be opportunities. having GTJ on the roster doesn't fit as well in this case. So we'll see how they'll handle all this.

Now go grab Kolek - trust it! Raps need a back up ball handler, they need a natural PG. Kolek is a senior who can step right in behind IQ, and has sick numbers to play in the style of the coach. Shoots 50% from the floor, high 30's for 3's, over 7 and half dimes - he will be an ideal penetrate, then kick and pass guy on the second unit to Dick/Walter/Olynk/Obagi/Williams (when they sign him from the Bulls)

The Raps selected the best player available. Hopefully they do the same at #31 if they keep the pick. That being said JW's body language and his family's reaction showed some real disappointment that Toronto selected him - "They Not Like Us". But he seemingly came around after the initial shock wore off and called it "destiny" since he wore a purple jacket. The Knicks are building a powerhouse thanks in part to Toronto. The Atlantic Division is going to be tough for many seasons to come. Toronto only had 1 Atlantic Division win in 2023-24. How much longer will Drake be the Raptors Global Ambassador? He's rolling with pedophiles and the Hells Angels. OVO is tarnished beyond repair...
