Raptors star Vince Carter ‘was Toronto,’ says former teammate | Canada Tonight

In a ceremony on Saturday at Scotiabank Arena, Vince Carter will become the first Toronto Raptor to have his jersey retired. Alvin Williams, a former teammate, says Carter had something ‘special’ even as a rookie, and always put his teammates first.
