Following on from my previsions video about the Commodore Amiga CDTV, I found some marketing materials and price lists which date back to around 1992/93. I take you through it all and marvel at some of the titles that were available on this niche retro platform as well as original prices and hardware that was available.

I reckon you are probably right with the guess of '93 for that CDTV at £400. It started out at least a couple of hundred pounds dearer, and that original price was without the keyboard and floppy drive, so this must have been a few years after its launch. I imagine retailers were trying to offload the CDTV at this point, making it more attractive as the equivalent of a full Amiga 500 system with the bonus of a CD drive. The price of £380 for an A1200 seems right for 1993; the RRP was no doubt £400 but in most adverts I saw the asking price was below that.
