It is so weird that when European or American traveller go to another country, they show slums and poverty all the time. Here an african brother comes to India and shows how people across ethinicities live peacefully in a village harvesting and living a normal life. This is how most people in India live. And I am sure this is how most people in Africa and other third world nations live. Kudos to you for showing the village life in India.

Indian slums are generally better than American and European slums. Even police don't go to American slums. Indian slums are very productive, you could freely roam around Indian slums with no safety issues. @@ibrahimabah4555 everywhere bro, as long the people of outside don’t poison our society. I have lived in very rural areas and biggest cities. In rural area and most of the cities there is no sense of communalism but as soon as outsiders got access they started polluting our society. Indians lived in peace with Zoroastrians , Jews ,Muslims, Sikhs , Jains, Christian’s Hindus, Baddhist etc etc for 100s of years. We are the only country where you will find all the religions and religious places. People like you who create and promote false information, Come to India see it with your own eyes before commenting. the state he is in is Karnataka they speak Kannada there I’m from Maharashtra we speak Marathi and the siddi lady who came and held his hand was speaking Marathi so I understood everything she was saying. We Indians speak at least 4-5 languages just because of the diversity. You idiots have lost all of your culture so you are trying to destroy ours. BTW the person who’s comment you replied to is A Muslim and I am a Hindu and this is how we fight with idiots like you. The whole south of India is black and some of them are 10 times darker than Africans so your concept of black community also fades here. We are fed up of idiotic outsiders like you. who educate us about our own society.

This newspaper story tells of a Jew from 1668 America. Solomon was listed as a “malata Jue“. The source tells us that the Englishmen of that time period thought the Jews were dark-skinned. The source then tells us in 1665 that a “respectable Portuguese Jew” in Jamaica was called “a black Jew“. The source tells us that F.L. Cardozo, a famous Jew in America during the Civil War time frame, was of Negro descent. The source also tells us that the term “mulatto” was occasionally applied to Spanish-Portuguese Jews. As a Marathi speaker everyone in this village looks completely integrated. I don't think I would be able to differentiate if I met someone. The schools, farming, temples just feels completely Indian. It's nice to know that we have people of african heritage in our region but they are very much Indian to me. :) A slight correction about the origins. Siddis were actually brought here by the Arabs in the Middle Ages. Arab traders brought them from the horn of Africa. Since then they established a base at Janjira fort. One of the Africans brought here Malik Ambar rose to the rank of regant in the Ahmadnagar Sultanate in Maharashtra. He fought alongside Shahajiraje Bhonsle, father of the Maratha King Shivaji Maharaj. Quite nice to see that they speak all the regional languages.

After all, race and nationality are not always one and the same, so there! No need to force Africa on them, this is where they know, and where they were born and raised. Hi mate, the Siddi tribe of Karnataka had been featured in a documentary on Indian Television- Doordarshan, nearly 35 years ago. The name of the programme was,"Surabhi." As a young lad, I remember watching it. I now live in Australia and share a lot of history with my friends. Sadly, not many of my Indian folks know about it. During my last visit to my hometown- Belgaum that's close to these villages, I thought of visiting them. Unfortunately, I ran out of time due to other commitments. The Indian Government had started a training academy to nurture athletes from the Siddhi community as they had the potential for it. Sadly, nothing much happened in this regard.

An intelligent IVY league grad looks down upon at someone who has graduated from an ordinary institute. A person riding a supercar would look at someone riding not a supercar as someone inferior. @Kigali News Cable If you could give me some sources to your claims, that would be great. Cause, I don’t think the Indian govt will just try to discriminate a community without a reason. In the video itself, he showed a few houses that were built by the govt.

@Kigali News Cable Human safaris are happening, agree with that. But these are being done by some tourist companies not by the Indian govt. And the SC has already passed an order banning this, but due to the Highway close to the settlements of these tribes these are bound to happen the govt cannot close the Highway altogether since the highway connect nearly 300 villages in Andaman. And also Jarwas are a nomadic tribe, they still hunt wild pigs and other animals for food. The fences are there to keep the outsiders away from the tribe, not the other way around. And if you look a little the Jarwa tribe receive monthly allowances by the government and also receive wages for taking care of citrus fruit plantations. And what do you want the govt to do? Do you want the govt to go and modernize them and try to merge them with the society? Just like the Christian missionaries? C'mon mate, either you are hating blindly or misinformed.

The Karnataka government helped Siddhi people to build homes and villages. Well built roads, water and sewage systems. That's why the homes have that yellow board indicating the government scheme under which they were built.

Smart lady. She said that she's Indian not African. Yet, Africans want Black Americans to say that they are African. Like she said, India is responsible for her, not Africa. Africa can't and won't do anything for her. Black Americans should really study her words.
