MyKayla, just want you to know what an inspiration you have been for my daughter. Being out of the gym was so difficult for her during Covid. Then she returned only to have an even more challenging time bc of gymnast's wrists which kept her off impact for almost 6 months. She persevered though and kept up with as much as she could and came back for the last meet of the season and qualified for state and then regionals. Watching you train and not give up throughout your own issues has really helped her. She's 13 and gymnastics is one thing, but the life lessons learned are a world above. Thank you and congratulations!

I love watching your videos training in the gym. I have a whole new respect and admiration for gymnasts whether they be elite or collegiate and the training they go through to compete and compete well. I knew training in gymnastics could be/is intense but it’s nice seeing it through your videos of the many hours a gymnast spends in the gym and doing elements over and over again to make sure they are clean, perfect, and ready to compete.
