Wow wow wow! Lake Ohrid looks unbelievable! So gorgeous and the lake looks pristine, so blue. That is definitely a place I want to visit and on my list now! As for the food, the breakfasts looked very fresh and so many options. I could smell and taste the coffee through my screen, and what a view! The fish feast in the other town at the end also looked incredible. You guys make me so hungry! Can't wait to see where else you visit next!

Lake Ohrid is one of the oldest lakes in the world ( in top 10). Water is clean ( even if you sip a bit when you swim, you won't get sick).

Great video, thank you for promoting Macedonia and the food. If you have time you must visit the city of Veles, even for a day. You have to try the one and only Pastrmajlija. I promise you, you will thank me later. No matter which restaurant you go to, you wont make mistake. Snupi, Meanata na Dace, Skara kaj Cakar, Brod Panini Skorpion etc. All these and other restaurants will make you feel welcomed and you will love the food. Cheap price as well. @@spartan_fit_dad no, but historically the opposite is true, since Macedonia defeated all of the Hellenes and won almost all of their land independently. While in 1912 you had Britain, Germany and France help you like cowards genocide the Macedonian population in Aegean Macedonia and illegitimately (since it is not independent war effort and with a lot of war-crimes) take over that land which is 51% of Macedonia.

Stumbled upon these randomly - looks like you might've stayed at the same hotel we stayed in in Ohrid last year 😅 Watched your Skopje vlogs as well and saw you were at Baba Cana - great placce we also visited. If you make it back to Skopje, I would highly recommend you visit Dva Elena before you leave; it is the greatest restaurant I've been to and I travelling back to North Macedonia next year just to eat there again 😂

During time of former Yugoslavia Ohrid trout was spreaded and cultivated in other areas as well, they are nowadays also common in parts of Serbia, like Vlasina lake for example. They used to be endemic there, but they exist elsewhere nowadays

Awesome videos guys thanks for showing our Macedonian food to the rest of the world. I just want to point out one thing in the videos when you want to cheer up with the classes you say "ziveli" that term is Serbian and most old people use it because we were part of Yugoslavia but the correct word is "nazdravie" just wanted to point out. Have a great time in our country and i hope you visit more cities around Macedonia.
