I love that with Ryan you can clearly see that getting clean helped him. He didn’t lose his spark, or his love for life, if anything he found it anew. To be fair it doesn't cost to much. Let's say bezos spends 10,000,000 dollars on something instead of giving it to his employees. Let's actually hash out what they would get. 10,000,000 divided by 1,500,000 is about 6 dollars each. Divided into a weekly paycheck is about 12 cents extra. Plus it's taken from profit not labor. The money is spent instead of reinvesting in the corporation. You have to understand labor is the biggest expenses of a business. Even small increases like that 12 cents would cost 10,000,000.
