One thing I always said about the early days of this game is that I love the social experiment that this game became for me. Linking up with random ppl through the LFG and seeing just how well a group of ppl who don't know eachother could work well together. It was a roll of the dice everytime and good or bad crew it was always interesting to see how things would play out. This game brought me and my older brother closer together for years. We always struggle to find games to play together, but this was something special for us. I have played since day one and have so much love for my time on the seas. Thank you RARE I cannot wait to see how the game continues to grow and evolve bring on another 5 years!

I absolutely love Sea of Thieves, and the adventure it had to get to this stage. It's nice to know that every voyage is different, and that when you describe it to someone else, it sounds like an actual pirate tale.

It was rough at launch, but I remember my friends and I playing launch SoT every night for hours and hours for months. Lack of content sure but the PvP aspect is what kept us coming back night after night dumping players. Haven't played since they got rid of Arena, but this made want to revisit the Seas. I love that the Owl Guy got the bit at the end. Have Owls made it in yet?

Man this is actually going to make me cry. I can not express how many AMAZING adventures I have had and how many special memories I have made. Whether it is making brand new friends or bonding with old ones, every day brings a new story I get to tell and a new smile across my face. I have seen a lot over the years, from stunning fireworks shows and music to the tense and exhilarating naval battles. Part of what makes this game so unique is that the new memories are just as precious as the old ones. A new adventure, a raised tankard, and a promise to never stop chasing the setting sun!!! So you were just chilling at the outpost checking out cosmetics and therefore lost zero loot, supplies or voyage progression? Boo freaking hoo. Get over it, load up a new server (or just take your mermaid to the new boat) and you're no worse off than you were. You lost about 30 seconds of your time and you're whining about it on KZbin. I can't imagine how you react when you get sunk with loot.

@@Countdown3337 Heh no freaking way it's about the 30 seconds I lost, it's also the countless hours lost, it's about people just want to kill for the sake of killing, i.e more than once have I gotten killed while clearly just fishing, with barrels full of my bait I spent time gathering. It's just that I wish people can be less aggresive on the open sea. I'm more than willing to join an allience, share my loot, and have a good fight. But a lot of the time I can't even start a proper conversation with random ship before they start shooting. It's ok if you don't understand, we don't have the same experience afterall. Good luck on the sea.

There's so much untapped potential in sea of thieves. We need larger landmasses with pirate strongholds, castles, cities etc. Varying classes of treasure to find, sell or hoard with actual gameplay ramifications! For example following a shared quest line to be the first pirate to unearth an extremely rare set of items that would actually give you abilities or appearance that other pirates wouldn't have. These are the kind of additions that would make me want to come back.

Game stopped being fun years ago. Community is toxic AF & thinks they get to determine how others should be playing the game. The fact that story content can be interrupted by toxic players who get upset when you don’t fight them is the biggest disappointment of this game. The story is the only fun thing to do in game… the rest is mindless grinding for no reason other than cosmetic garbage. Pirate legend literally means nothing in this game.

I played Sea of Thieves from launch for about two years. I enjoyed it but you can't play the same game forever. Not only that but online multiplayer really isn't for me, i prefer single player experiences. What happened to Everwild, has that been scrapped? Will Banjo-Kazooie ever get a new game?

Sea of thieves is a nice game but it would be nicer if Rare would build on anticheat. The hackers in the game are slowly getting the upper hand. For example, I was on my way to the outpost on a sloop and was sunk there by a 3 master and the crew killed me with ONE shot. they also found me anywhere on the map no matter where i sailed. IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE PLAYERS, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT THANKS

Nuts and Bolts is an excellent game. I think the fact that it had banjo in it hurt it more than if it had been a new ip, as people got something they were not expecting
