Man the prototype models based off the N64 Promo renders looked amazing, even with most of the textures missing. I would have loved to see a game in that style!

Wild to think this came out 24 years ago. I bought it on release and absolutely loved it. Still do. I bought the expansion pack specifically for this game. The only downside was the framerate.

Ah yes, use the superior art style for the cover of a comic instead of the actual game, WHAT A GREAT IDEA. 😹😹😹 Also making the cover art be drastically different than the actual content of the comic that your promoting is a very cheap and scammy way to attract your audience.

Nuts & Bolts rules and reading this comment section makes me glad we never got any sequel to Tooie. I'm not even sure people have at all grown up since then but it's a firm reminder that Rare made games they wanted to play and everyone who bought them was just along for the ride. That's what art was all about and to use an established universe of characters to explore completely new ideas is what I really love about Rare and Gregg Mayles. I don't think we deserved them as a creative team and I'd take another Nuts & Bolts over the AAA hellhole the industry is stuck in now.

I remember playing Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie on the N64 during 2015-2016-ish. And I used to have a plush Conker when I was younger. You still have what it takes to bringing heart and soul. And now that Toys for Bob is now a independent company after Microsoft's buying out of Activision-Blizzard, you could work with them for a new Banjo-Kazooie game.
