Hurt So Bad was first a hit for Little Anthony and the Imperials way back in 1965. It also reached the top ten in 1980 for Linda Ronstadt. This is an exclusive performance by one of the songs writers, the legendary Mr Bobby Hart. Recorded for Hong Kong TV in 1980 to promote his LP The First Bobby Hart Solo Album.
Odd that a performance was recorded in the Far East as the record had a limited release, just being available in a handful of European countries.
Thanks to 7a Records, this album is making its CD debut almost 36 years after it quietly snuck out.
