20 Maps isn't near enough data...honestly..that's like two hours of farming. I do agree with you about clear speed. All arpgs seem to reward speed and not content cleared. Ideally you want to be killing trash instantly and rares under 5 seconds. Now is currency considered with rarity? I do notice, better gear rolls, an abundance of rares but I did 10 Maps with 212 MF and got three greater jeweller's orbs, and I haven't gotten one of those in days. I've actually got more perfect than greater. This data is incomplete though. 20 Maps isn't even close to enough. 200 wouldn't even be suffice for the level of comparison.

To add and sorry to compare to diablo but adding MF takes away from basic drops like runes and socket ables because it forces the mobs to drop gear instead of currency.. not sure if this is a similar aspect in poe 2 as I am new to the poe franchise with the EA.

Please google how to build sample sizes to accurately represent data before showcasing totally false information.

@audiocattt I am absolutely aware of central limit theorem and proper iteration amounts to fall within 95% confidence intervals. I am quite the math nerd. The point being made is that when utilizing rarity in a vacuum for gear, there's obviously a point where rarity has diminishing returns. And for those still trying to get their builds to blast t15s, their currency would be better spent on clear speed over rarity because they don't have the resources to giga juice their maps and utilize it with giga clear speed. There's no misinformation happening here, just a set population of people who can abuse rarity at that degree going "LOOK RARITY WORKS". Uh yea, for you it does, because your build as at 80% power giga farming the map. 95% of people don't have that, and they should be focusing on buying gear that will allow them to do that for much cheaper, rather than buy gear that's much more expensive with little return on investment for the point of the game they are in.
