Rasam Masala Powder recipe in Hindi | Authentic Kerala | South Indian Pepper Rasam

Hi Friends, Today I will show you Kerala style rasam masala. This rasam masala you can use for any rasam like Tomato Rasam, Pepper Rasam, Lemon Rasam, etc..
Ingredients for Rasam Masala Powder
Coriander Seeds 5 tablespoon (25 g)
Dry Red Chilli 7 Nos (10 g)
Kashmiri Chilli 10 Nos (15 g)
Toor Dal 2 tablespoon (40 g)
Chana Dal 1 tablespoon (20 g)
Garlic(Lasun) 8 cloves (15 g)
Asafoetida (Hing) (4 to 5 gm)
Black Pepper 1.5 tablespoon 15 g
Fenugreek Seeds(Methi) Quarter teaspoon
Curry Leaves
Cumin Seeds(Jeera) 3 tablespoon (20 g)
Turmeric Powder(Haldi) Quarter teaspoon
