I learned how to do it years ago after watching him do it. You will learn a lot about your blade. Want to not cry cutting onions? Don't push through the onion use the knife to slice it by using backward movement, and use a sharp knife.

I’m not a Rasta nor am I a chef but I live in S FL and we catch a lot of Caribbean lobster. It seems like the longer you cook them, the tougher they are to chew.
